group of Marseille fans attacked two security guards at gate 21 of Athletic Club's San Mames stadium, according to the media outlet El Correo.
Still the condition of the pair is unknown although it is rumoured that one was stabbed close to the neck.
Before the start of the game, Marseille ultras launched fireworks in the direction of Athletic fans in the stadium.
